4/29/09~~ Today we took the math OAT. It took me about a little over two hours to complete the test. There were all kinds of different things on the test some of the questions were a little harder than others and some were really easy. If you made the test "pretty" ( that is a joke between most of the girls in my class) than you understood more. That means that you have to underline , highlight, and work every question out then you had a good chance of passing.





4/2/09~~ I am reading the book called Child - x. It is by Lee Weatherly. It is about a girl named Jules and her dad. Well one day her dad disappeared and she had no clue what was going on or where he was. Every one but her new who she was and what was going on.







We are reading Larger Than Life Lara. This is what i Know about Laney


  • She lives with her dad and brothers
  • her whole house is lime green

2/10/09~~ My is titled Spider wick Chronicles. One of the cause and effects are when there are creatures in their house and they try to find them and their kitchen gets all messed up. The cause is there is creatures in the house. The effect is that the kitchen gets messed up.

1/21/09~~ New Moon
Today in the book New Moon I read read that today is Bella's birthday. She don't want people to get her presents or have a party for her. The reason why she does not want people getting her gifts and throwing her party's is she is eight teen and she does not like it because she is older than Edward now and Edward will never be eight teen.

1/6/09~~ My main characters name is Dinnie. She thinks it is wrong for her aunt and uncle to kidnap her.The reason she thinks this is wrong is because her mom is letting them take her. she even helped them plan it out. Now Dinnie is trapped with her aunt and uncle until she thinks of a way to escape. The reason her mom is letting them take her is because they move around too much and her mom wants her to have an opportunity.

1/5/09-- My first goal for 2009 is to learn a new word every day so I can know more words. If I learn more words then I may have a chance at doing better in school for the year of 2009. Then I will have more words to use when I write instead of the same words to start every sentence.

My second over all goal is to complete all my work the entire year. If I do this then I will have all A's in every class. I would also have strait a honer roll. The reason I want to turn all my work in is because it is easier to turn your work in then it is to not turn it in Then you have to make up an excuse on why you don't have it. Also you get in trouble for one not haveing it and for two lying about it.

12/18/08--I am reading the book Wish Me luck by James Heneghan. This book is about a boy that wishes the war would hurry up and get to Liverpool. I like this book so far . It is a really good book.The war has barely any effect on the boys neighbourhood. When the war comes too close to his home he has to go to Canada to be safe. I hope other people get the chance to read this book too.

12/17/08-- The major problem in my book is that Meg is put in jail. This is the major problem because now Aiden has to run from the cops by his self. A little problem that could happen is Aiden could get hurt or even get put in jail too. This is the major problem and some little ones that could happen now.

12/15/08~~ There were two main things that happened in my book today. The first one is Aiden and Seth burnt the camp down. This is important because now all the kids can escape. Also the second main thing that happened is that Meg and Aiden are running away from the cops. This is important because Meg and Aiden could get hurt or the cops could find them and put them in real jail.

12/7/08 -- On the Run 2(The Fugitive Factor) My main character is Meg. In this book Meg Is a fugitive who's parents where put in prison for life. Meg was placed in a juvenile dentition camp but when it burnt down she escaped. Now is is running from the police. Meg is trying to prove her parents UN-guilty.

12/4/08-- I Had Trouble Getting To Solla Sollew-- I think the "so what " of this book is no matter where you are you will always have trouble. I think this is the "so what " of the story because in the book the main character goes to the town of Solla Sollew the town that never has troubles except a few. When he gets there the doors are locked and the key will not work. This is why I think that the "so what " of the story is that no matter where you are you will always have trouble.

Emma have you ever Read Ida B ? If you have not ,you should. Ida B and you are completely different and so many ways. Ida B is a only child, She talks to trees and sends notes down a brook. This book is a awkward book. But it is also Interesting. I like Ida B because she is smart funny and weird. Ida B is home schooled. Her only friends are trees like Viola and Paulie t. You Should really read this book.

This is sure a different choice than the romance you were reading. I am a little surprised that you like Dear America books. I guess you just never know what someone will choose to read. They seem a little too predictable to me, especially after I read one of them. I can see though, how you could relate to a girl that talks fast. :)

12/2/08-- My new book is called Elizabeth's Diary. It is one of the My America books. Today I read that Elizabeth and her family and friends just arrived in Jamestown. They came from England to be free. Elizabeth walks and talks to fast so her mom always tells her to slow down. Elizabeth thinks she can hear her mom telling her to slow down. Elizabeth was racing her friend Jessie to the well when she tripped and went into a bush full of thorns.

11/18/08-- I predict that in the end of my book Edward will come back home. Also that Bella will be happy and not mad and angry because Edward is not there. I hope my prediction comes true on how the book ends.

11/17/08-- When I was reading today I thought that Bella was going to get mad when she got birthday presents that people had bought at the store. After I had read more into the chapter I realized she was not going to get mad she really liked them. I love my book that I am reading. 11/14/08-- My book is called New Moon. It is a good book. Today Bella cut her arm really bad. She had to get stitches. Her aunt put the stitches in her arm. She did it at there house.

11/13/08-- Title- Into The Land Of Unicorns
Today in my book the main characters are Cara's Grandmother and her. Today I read that they were running away from a Hunter. I know that sounds really weird with them being people and being chased by a hunter. I think they are being chased because they know how to get to the land of unicorns. They also know where the queen of the unicorns hides from hunters and people who want to catch her or even kill her. The main character is very important.

11/11/08--My favourite part in my book so far is when Laura told Gabriel he had to kiss her. Laura kinda wanted to. They both hate each other. So when I read that I wandered if I was reading it wrong. I read it three times before I believed it. Laura and Gabriel were enemy's I thought. If you were reading this book you would be confused to. This part was really funny to me. I can not wait to read more.

11/7/08-- Mr. Doyle has been trying to catch the person who has been coming in early and write stuff about pigs on the board. Today to help him catch the person he wrote the opposite of what the other person has been writing. I predict that he will not catch the person who is doing this because the person who is doing this is very sneaky.Each day he adds a number to how many dictionary pages the person who is writing on the has to copy. You copy dictionary pages when you do something wrong.It will be weird if the person got caught and had to write out all those dictionary pages.I can't wait to read tomorrow

11/6/08- Today in my book Laura, Allison , and Tiffany all had to pick a boy to join pig city. Pig city is a club they made when Laura bought a hat from a garage sale. The hat had the words pig city put on it. When new people join pig city they have to make insurance. Insurance is when you you tell a secret or you give something you don't want anybody to see. If you tell anyone about pig city than your insurance will go around the school and everyone will will see or hear your secret.
